Airline & Carrier Questions
Are all your carriers truly airline approved?
Our carriers are designed to meet the most common airline under-seat dimensions. However, every airline has slightly different requirements, so we always recommend confirming with your specific airline before flying. Our Airline Compliance Guide explains exactly what to check.
What size carrier do I need for my dog?
Don’t choose by weight alone — measure your dog’s length and height. The carrier’s interior should let your dog stand, turn around, and lie down comfortably. See our Carrier Size Guide for full measuring instructions and airline-by-airline dimensions.
Can my cat use these carriers too?
Absolutely. All of our carriers work equally well for cats and small dogs — the same sizing and measuring rules apply.
What’s the weight limit for in-cabin pet travel?
Most US airlines allow a combined pet-plus-carrier weight of roughly 17–20 lbs, though some set limits lower. Always verify the current limit directly with your airline.

Do I need to book a spot for my pet on the flight?
Yes — most airlines require you to add your pet in advance and pay a pet fee (commonly $95–$150 each way). In-cabin spots are limited, so reserve early.

Orders & Shipping
How fast will my order arrive?
Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days. After processing, delivery typically takes 10–14 business days within the US, so total time is roughly 12–17 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all US orders over $59. Orders under $59 are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
Why might my order arrive in separate packages?
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship from different fulfillment centers and arrive on different dates. You may receive more than one tracking number — that’s normal.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us at craig@roverreadyco.com as soon as possible. Orders can usually be cancelled at no charge before they’re processed (typically within 12 hours of placement). Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Returns & Refunds
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, clean, free of pet hair or odor, and returned in their original packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please inspect your order on arrival. If something’s wrong, email craig@roverreadyco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know within 3 business days whether it’s approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, though your bank may take additional time to post it.
Are any items non-returnable?
Yes — used, worn, or washed items; anything with pet hair, odors, or stains; sale or clearance items; gift cards; and custom or personalized products cannot be returned. Hygiene-sensitive travel items must be unused and in resellable condition.

Pet Safety
Is it safe to fly with my pet in-cabin?
In-cabin travel is generally the safest way to fly with a pet, since your animal stays with you the entire flight. Always follow your airline’s pet policy and keep your pet inside the carrier during the flight.
How do I keep my dog calm during a flight?
