Our story

Rover Ready Co. started with a simple problem: trying to find the right carrier for a small, anxious dog before a flight. Every product page on every site looked the same. Vague dimensions. No real fit guidance. Generic descriptions copied from suppliers. No clear answer to the one question that mattered — will this actually work for my dog and my airline?

So we built the store we wished existed. One that actually answers the questions small-dog owners are asking. One where every product has real measurements, real fit guidance, and honest information about airline rules. One that treats traveling with a pet like the thoughtful, sometimes stressful experience it really is.

Today we curate carriers, calming products, and travel essentials designed around how small dogs actually behave — under the seat, on long flights, in unfamiliar hotel rooms, and through every doorway in between.

We don't claim products are "TSA approved" or "FAA certified" — those agencies don't endorse pet carriers. We don't use countdown timers, fake scarcity, or pressure tactics. We don't recommend products we wouldn't put our own dogs in.

If a product isn't right for your pet or your airline, we'd rather tell you upfront than sell you something that won't work.

Where we ship from

We're based in Stanley, North Carolina, and we work with a network of trusted domestic and international fulfillment partners so we can offer a wider range of specialty pet travel products than a single warehouse could carry.

That means some items ship from US warehouses and arrive quickly, while others ship from specialty partners and take a bit longer. We always show estimated delivery times at checkout and on every product page — see our shipping policy for full details.

Easy returns, real support

Every order is backed by our 30-day return policy. If a carrier doesn't fit, an anxiety product doesn't help, or anything arrives less than perfect — we'll make it right.
