How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–9 business days for standard shipping within the US.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $49. Orders under $49 ship for a flat rate of $5.99.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our email list to be notified.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

What items are eligible for return?

Items must be unused and in original packaging
Carriers and accessories must be unwashed and undamaged
Disposable items (pee pads, etc.) are not eligible for return once opened

How do I start a return?

Email us at craig@roverreadyco.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1 business day with instructions.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at craig@roverreadyco.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no return required.
